- To provide a specialist service to support people with learning disability (or Autism and Down’s syndrome) and challenging behavior. To help these people make use of their abilities and to achieve the best possible quality of life.
- Provide a safe community where disadvantage people requiring life-long support can thrive and grow.
- To be a bridge or stop gap for disadvantaged people to be live, associate and integrate with other members of their immediate community without feeling isolated or overwhelmed.
